It is 4:40 AM such beautiful sun rise this morning. As I am looking out to the bay I see big fluffy Baby eagles that are flying over my house this morning. They will keep the fluff until they learn how to fly. It is like a baby bumper for running into unintended things. Parent are teaching them how to hunt, Breakfast is just across the street. WOW' , Finally for the first time in a month I can walk with out a cane. The shot worked. Still hurts a lot, but I can get around again. Our first tourist ship came in Saturday. So I am just in time for summer..

-Hi everyone, so sorry about not being on very much here lately I have been down as of last couple week. I was in the hospital yesterday , I have a pinched nerve in my lower back so I can not walk with out a cane now. A lot pain to deal with. They are going to set me up with a back specialist. I really hope that they can fix it for me.
The good news is that we have first fresh halibuts of the season, but the Golden King Crab season has now ended.

The report on Ice in the Barents Sea that the seas ice has been very low this year, in contrast to the Bering Sea where Ice has been near records thickness in depth.
