FRESH LOOK TO THE SITE

Thanks to Katrin, we have a new banner!  I've made some other changes, moved things around, deleted some old content (videos) and tried to make things relevant.   I wanted to let fans of other boats know they are invited... as long as Capt. Phil is out front:)
