Looks like the Ramblin' Rose is approaching Dutch Harbor... Does any one know if they got any crab? Hope they didn't lose any pots. Wonder what they will do with this weather?

look like they boats owners took action after the crews mistake as he tweeted yesterday the boat is fishing cod with a new crew is Eliot on the boat as his Court arraignment is on the 4Th january

Sometimes the crews are portrayed in a bad light on the show, but you can never go by that, i think it's edited just to create drama. I've always liked Elliott, and the RR, and you are so lucky to have met, him and some of the crew, can't wait to see them back next season !

I admit I was a little leary about Elliott at the beginning. I'd read and heard so much before the season even started. I told myself to keep an open mind and not form an opinion until I found out for myself. I'm so glad that I did, because after meeting Elliott and a few of the crew, I became a huge fan. Elliott took time out of his crazy schedule to show us all around the RR. He showed my kids the crab holding tanks and the bait freezers. Even took our picture sitting in his captain's chair. I've also met Kevin Davis and James Creel and was very impressed with both of them. I'm also glad that they'll be returning for season. I love the original boats but also love the addition of all of the newer boats.

That's great news! I love how Elliot used his expertise to fix all the knacks they had on the boat. Very clever indeed. Kudos to you Captain!! :) I am one fan that would be happy to see him back. Thanks Gretchen for the update.

They'll be back next season. Elliott has mentioned it on more than one occasion that they'll be back for season 8. He posted it on his FB or Twitter too, I believe. I think Disco showed this boat in a negative light to begin with. I also think that Elliott and the crew proved themselves 100 fold by the end of the season. They have a lot of fans and I think people would be happy to see them back for another season.
