I had LOTS of feedback for Disco. They doubled the amount of people they let in this year which was doubled from the first year. WAY too many people, not enough seating, not enough food vendors, the "store" set up was rediculous.... on and on. The first year was perfect, the food was free (box lunches and don't get me wrong I'm happy to pay for my lunch), only 500 people (over 2000 this year), they had a coast gaurd rescue simulation in puget sound, the crew and captains were much more accessible, and even the store was laid out better. The boats tours were quite rushed, more so than before. You have to remember that the crew has to get up at the crack of dawn to do all their Disco promos and stuff then they have to stand around like monkeys for 6 hours posing for photos. It's an exhausting day for them. Plus the NW had to take the boat out of dry dock just to take it to the event, something that costs lots of $$$ not paid for by Disco. Kudos to the Wiz and NW crew for doing it!

 

It wasn't a BAD day by any means but it sure wasn't the best one they've had.

i wrote the same thing ladies and and it was so hard to take pic to many people and to many large cameras i did not get a pic during autograph session they stop taking pic

I agree. It was chaotic for the opportunity to get photos/autographs.  I wrote that there should be more "accessibility." It seemed as if the bodyguards were a very prominent presence.  I wasn't able to attend the previous years, so I don't know how that was compared to this year. 

I also agree, I wish I had more time on the vessels.  Or a second chance.  I didn't get the opportunity to get the one photo I really truly wanted.  Hopefully next year I can make that happen.

Mos def not enuf seating. I think twice as many ppl were outside on boat tours and getting air. Running wround trying to get anyone and everyone u saw. Bec u only get one autograph at the end. Said needed to be some opporunity during breaks tht ppl can get photos w. Em. In an orderly fashion. That way. Crew r not crowded n fans get a pix. Just too mny ppl period.

Said I didn't really enjoy the "tour" of the boats since we were rushed to get the pictures & then rushed off.  "What tour?" I asked.  Didn't like the way the store was set up.  Not enough seating.  Just little stuff!

I asked for an agenda for the event, maybe the ending auto line to actually have separate lines instead or one big blob of ppl not knowing which line went where. plus too many ppl to. try to see the cap/crew on stage. Saw lots ,on plasma. tvs, but didn't know when occ unveiled the bike. And I didn't want to *have to get on the wizard to get on the northwestern.

So who responded to the Official Survey? What was your feedback to Disco?
