Oh yeah' Valdez lots an lots of snow on snow in the winter. I remember deep in it when I was working as a construction diver on finishing the building of the new Valdez terminal. When you are on the bottom of the ocean the snow is no matter, its just when you get out everything is frozen an slippery as hell, if you touch dry iron you will stick to it an have instant ice cycles growing from your dry suit. Those were the day's big money easy travel of some of my favorite times in Alaska. But now we have lost that's freedoms.

I am glad we only have a few inches so far this year...it sure is nice, and feel sorry for the people that have to deal with it....lol
